Quality Staffing, Inc., a leading full-service employment agency matching qualified talent with some of the area’s top companies, is looking for entry level Data Entry Clerks in Dalton, Georgia. This is a 1st shift position working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. This position is temp to hire and pays $13.00 – $14.00 per hour based on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Transfer data from various sources into the new database
- Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available
- Correct and modify inaccurate files and records
- Comply with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly
- Organize paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in data entry or equivalent experience in a related field a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
