Kimberlie graduated from the University of West Georgia in 1993 with a B.S. Degree in Political Science. She began her career in Human Resources. In 1995, she moved into the staffing industry and was given the opportunity to start her own branch which quickly became their largest.
In 1999, her goal to be an entrepreneur was realized when she became the risk taker and started her own business. Kimberlie and her father, Charles Goddard, incorporated Quality Staffing, Inc. and he came on board as the CFO. He remained in that position until his death in 2003. Quality Staffing, Inc. has grown to be a major player in the North Georgia Staffing industry.
As an entrepreneur, Kimberlie knows that to be successful, she must give back to the community. She is a member of the Dalton/Whitfield Employer’s Committee and the Whitfield and Gordon County Chamber of Commerce. She has completed leadership programs in both Chambers and is actively involved with many nonprofits in Whitfield and Gordon County. Kimberlie serves on the board of the Georgia Staffing Association, and was honored with the title of Small Business Person of the Year 2018 by the Greater Dalton Chamber of Commerce. Kimberlie enjoys sports, camping and family. She resides in Calhoun with her two daughters. She and her family are members of Belmont Baptist Church.
