Quality Staffing, Inc., a leading full-service employment agency matching qualified talent with some of the area’s top companies, is looking for a Procurement Support Specialist to work through our agency as a contract employee for the State of Tennessee with the Department of Finance and Administration located in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. This is a 1st shift position working 8:00 am- 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday for a total of 37.5 hours per week. This position is temp to hire and pays $28.00 per hour.  Parking is not included for this position. It is the responsibility of the employee to take care of parking fees. This location is accessible to public transportation.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Work with the Business Operations team to perform procurement and invoicing duties
  • Review Purchase requests for adherence to procurement Policy
  • Dispatch purchase orders to vendors
  • Track purchase orders to ensure requested goods are received
  • Review invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate invoice review with requester to obtain payment approval

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least three years of experience performing procurement and invoicing duties
  • Some college required; bachelor’s degree preferred
