Quality Staffing, Inc. is seeking Medical Office Assistants/DATA ENTRY CLERKS to work through our agency as a contract employee for the State of Tennessee to assist with the preparation of COVID-19 Drive Thru testing/vaccination sites across the state of Tennessee associated with the Department of Health.  This is 1st shift position working Monday – Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Candidates are required to work on Saturdays, occasionally.  Pay will start at 15.75/hr.  This position is available in Multiple Cities throughout Tennessee.

Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


  • Assist with COVID-19 testing/vaccination site with setup and preparation
    • Maintain supply of necessary paperwork (documents/handouts/lab requisitions)
    • make copies as needed
    • Ensure all needed supplies are available (pens, clipboards, etc.)
    • Assist with traffic route control setup
    • Set up daily drive thru testing
    • Collect and organize assessment documents
  • Assist with COVID-19 daily testing/vaccinations
    • Complete Registration/Intake paperwork for patients
    • Complete assessment and triage form for each patient
    • Fill out lab requisitions and patient specimen labeling
    • Assist with packing of lab specimens for transport as needed
    • Direct traffic flow as needed
    • Collect and organize assessment forms
    • Assist with daily inventory (EOD) report as needed
    • Assist with site demobilization and storage of supplies for next day of testing
  • Assist with site demobilization and storage of supplies for next day of testing
  • Assist with daily REDCAP entry
    • Enter assessment forms by the close of business each day
    • Monitor for completed test results
    • Enter, Edit, and complete REDCAP assessment records once patient notified of results
  • Assist with notifying patients with NEGATIVE COVID-19 results and providing necessary information
  • Meet with supervisor or team lead for instructions/planning/updates (or as needed)
  • Submit time sheet and travel claim to respective staffing agency and the TDH supervisor for approval of expenses and for payment
  • Assist with maintenance/filing of COVID-19 related documents as needed
  • Assist with phone inquiries related to COVID-19 and process to appropriate personnel
  • Assist with maintenance/filing of COVID-19 related documents as needed





  • Minimum education: High School Diploma/GED
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professionalism in speech, conduct, and dress code
  • Basic Computer Skills (using email, REDCAP, other systems as needed)
  • Adherence to HIPAA regulations
  • Adherence to TDH PPE guidance
  • MUST be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
  • MUST be willing to work outdoors in the elements (heat, rain, etc.)
  • Available to work full-time hours including some weekends.
  • Bilingual preferred
