Do you have a question about Quality Staffing, Inc. or one of our services?
We may have the answer right here for you.

Q. If I use your service, how much money comes out of my check?
A. Nothing will come out of your check for our services. You will not pay for using our temporary service to assist you in meeting your employment goals. The only deductions expected would be for drug screens, background checks, ID badges, PPE not returned at the end of your assignment and elected insurances, in addition to normal payroll tax withholding’s and mandated garnishments.

Q. How long is my application active? Or… How often do I need to reapply?
A. Applications are active for 6 months. You will need to reapply at this point.

 

Q. How long will I have to work through Quality Staffing before the client can hire me?
A. We require you to work 520 hours with the client that you are assigned to before you are eligible for permanent placement. However, if the client you are assigned to wants to hire you full time before 520 hours they may do that with a small fee to Quality Staffing, Inc. Keep in mind, there is no guarantee that the client will hire you after completing 520 hours. This is at the discretion of the client. Proving to be an excellent employee is always the best road to being hired.

 

Q. Can I get a raise on the job I am assigned to?
A. Your pay rate and raises are set by the client that you are assigned to. Good work ethics are an excellent avenue for raises.

 

Q. What do I need to bring with me to fill out the application?
A. You do not have to bring anything with you to fill out the application. However, if we hire you, you will need to bring proper identification to show eligibility to work.

 

Q. When can I fill out an application?
A. Our application is online and can be accessed by visiting our Apply Now page on our website or by clicking on this link. If you need assistance completing the application you can call us or come in to one of our offices where we have stations set up for your convenience.

 

Q. How often do I check in with Quality Staffing, Inc.?
A. New Applicants should check in at least 3 times per week. Employees that are in-between assignments should check in DAILY… if you are not calling we will assume that you are working.

 

Q. Where are you located?
A. We have 2 GREAT LOCATIONS!!! Our Dalton office is located at 606 Silver Circle, Dalton, GA 30721, beside Walnut Square Mall. Our Chattanooga Office is located at 625 E. Main Street. Chattanooga, TN 37408, across the street from Southside Pizza.
