Q. If I use your service, how much money comes out of my check?
A. Nothing will come out of your check. You will not pay for using our temporary service to assist you in meeting your employment goals.
Q. How long is my application active? Or… How often do I need to reapply?
A. Applications are active for 6 months. You will need to reapply at this point.
Q. How long will I have to work through Quality Staffing before the company will hire me?
A. We require you to work 520 hours with the company you are assigned to before you are eligible for permanent placement. However, if the employer you are assigned to wants to hire you full time before 520 hours they may do that with a small fee to the employer. Proving to be an excellent employee is always the best road to being hired.
Q. Can I get a raise on the job I am assigned to?
A. Your pay rate and raises are set by the company that you are assigned to. Good work ethics are an excellent avenue for raises.
Q. What do I need to bring with me to fill out the application?
A. You do not have to bring anything with you to fill out the application. However, if we hire you, you will need to bring proper identification to show eligibility to work.
Q. When can I fill out an application.
A. We take applications between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m., Monday through Friday or you may apply online.
Q. How often do I check in with Quality Staffing, Inc.
A. At least 3 times per week… if you are not calling we assume you are working.
