Quality Staffing, Inc is seeking candidates for Entry-level Human Resources position that is primarily focused on data entry. May perform HR related duties in some or all of the following functional areas: employment, benefits, compensation, training and employee relations.  Standard office hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm); however, overtime and weekends may be required. Pay will start at $15.00/hr

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:   

  • Enter records in our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) – including new hire information, benefits, compensation, time, etc.
  • Answer phone or email inquiries.
  • Assist with recruiting and screening potential job applicants.  Review compensation and benefit programs with candidates and new employees.
  • Work closely with supervisors to ensure a sufficient labor force is available to meet manufacturing requirements and partner with local staffing agencies to fill open positions. 
  • Communicate various Human Resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations to employees.  
  • Schedule training and orientation for new employees.
  • Assist the HR Department in projects as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Ideal candidates will possess 1-2 years of direct Human Resource experience
  • Candidates must have strong interpersonal communication skills, be detail and task oriented, possess problem solving skills
  • Must able to comprehend at a rapid pace.
