Customer Service Representative- Call Center Nashville, TN


Quality Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representable with experience in a call center for the State of Tennessee working in the Commerce & Insurance Division. 

This is a first shift position that requires great attendance efforts.  Pay will start between $12-12.50/hr., depending on experience and will be determined during the interview process. 

Parking is NOT included for this position. It is the responsibility of the employee to take care of parking fees. This location is accessible to public transportation. 

Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining in fast-paced call center environment averaging 60-70 calls per day, per person.
  • Answering telephone calls.
  • Directing calls.
  • Provide customer services through non-voice means such as Email/Chat.
  • Data entry – entering information as the call is taking place into their system.
  • Must utilize a dual screen in order to operate multiple programs simultaneously.


  • Must have experience with inbound calls at a call center.
  • Experience with Zen desk is a huge plus.
  • Must have excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Must have excellent customer service.
  • Some college is required.
