Customer Service Representative – State of TN Department of Revenue



Quality Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work through our agency as a contract employee for the State of Tennessee working in the Department of Revenue located in the Northern Nashville area. This is a first shift position working M-F 8-4:30 for a total of 37.5 hours weekly and requires great attendance efforts.  Pay will start at $13.50/hr.  Parking is Included for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting customers via telephone, email, chat with questions pertaining to the revenue department.
  • Answering calls.
  • Directing calls.


  • Must have prior experience with outbound calls in a call center environment.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Some college is required.
