CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – STATE OF TN REVENUE DEPARTMENT

Quality Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the State of Tennessee working in the Department of Revenue located in the Northern Nashville area. This is a first shift position that requires great attendance efforts.  Pay will start between $12.50-13.50/hr., depending on experience and will be determined during the interview process.

 Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting customers via telephone, email,  and/or chat with questions pertaining to the Department of Revenue.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Directing phone calls.

Qualifications:

  • Must have prior experience with outbound calls in a call center environment.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Some college is required.
