CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – STATE OF TN DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND INSURANCE

Quality Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative (with experience in a call center) for the State of Tennessee working in the Department of Commerce & Insurance (TDCI) located in the Downtown Nashville area.  This is a first shift position that requires great attendance efforts.  Pay will start between $12-12.50/hr., depending on experience and will be determined during the interview process.

 Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining in a fast-paced call center environment averaging 60-70 calls per day, per person.
    • Answering telephones.
    • Directing calls.
  • Provide Customer service through non-voice means such as email/chat.
  • Data entry – entering information as the call is taking place into their system.
  • Multitasking – Must utilize a dual screen to operate multiple programs simultaneously.

 Qualifications:

  • Must have experience with inbound calls at a call center.
  • Experience with Zen desk is a huge plus.
  • Must have excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Some college is required.
