CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – STATE OF TN BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION

Quality Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the State of Tennessee working in the Bureau of Investigation located in the Downtown Nashville area. This is a first shift position that requires great attendance efforts.  Pay will start between 12-12.50/hr., depending on experience and will be determined during the interview process.

Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Process engagements, diversions, dispositions and background checks.
  • Data Entry utilizing MS Word/Excel.
  • Basic Receptionist duties such as answering phones and customer service.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Must comply to our Confidentiality Agreement as presented at the time of hire.
  • Required dress code is business casual.

Qualifications:

  • Must have strong administrative and customer service skills.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Candidate will have background and credit checks ran through TBI and both must be clear.
