Quality Staffing, Inc. has immediate openings at multiple locations for Customer Service Representatives. Positions are available for Day Shift and Comparable pay is determined during the interview process.

Responsibilities and skills:

  • Process Customer Orders
  • Answer Phones and Emails professionally
  • Track Orders and coordinate corrections to orders
  • Process Inquiries on Shipping Status of orders
  • Assist with Website Questions
  • Act as the Liaison between the Manufacturing Departments, AR Art Department and the Sales Team.

  • Be detail and task oriented
  • Positive Attitude
  • Self- Motivated
  • Comprehend at a rapid pace
  • Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft office- Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • A college degree or equivalent required.
  • 2 years + of customer service experience is a plus
